Went there this morning with my daughter and family. What a beautiful, and very deceiving size to the shop. Hundreds of dresses to chose from.

Lauren was amazing!! All the ladies in there were. Lauren helped my daughter to find and try styles to see which she preferred. Had a lovely bucks fizz each and sat while my daughter tried various dresses. Lauren was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. We all had a ball and my daughter said yes to the dress! Wonderful work Lauren. Thank you so much for everythingX

Such a lovely experience yesterday shopping for my soon to be daughter in law's wedding dress.
From entering Lula Ann Bridal to leaving we were given fantastic service.
Dress after dress was tried on with no rush even though we all knew the first one was 'the one'.
No pressure sales just allowed us to take our time to make sure it was the right decision.
Once that decision had been made and our Bride to Be said Yes to the Dress we were given time to have photographs and a video to complete our appointment.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their wedding dress.

Went with my sister to Lula Ann Bridal today to find her dream dress and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. My sister described her dream dress and one of the ladies went and got one from upstairs whilst we chose a few others from the shop floor to try on. Turns out, the one that was brought down ended up being THE one! We were offered drinks on arrival and the whole experience from start to finish made the day even more special. Would definitely recommend, not only for high quality, beautiful dresses but also the team of ladies working there!

Lula Ann Bridal, where to start - A* service from trying on my first dress ever all the way to saying yes in the same appointment! The girls made me feel so comfortable and it was easy to talk to them about what I liked and disliked about different dresses until I found the one. Highly recommend! I can’t recommend Lula Ann bridal enough! I’ve had such a wonderful and wholesome experience and found my perfect dress. Michelle was the perfect person to help find the perfect dress. She was so welcoming and listened to all my ideas. I didn’t feel rushed at any point and managed to try numerous different styles. Michelle spotted a dress which wasn’t something I imagined myself in but it was the most perfect dress that I said yes to! I will forever cherish this moment that was made extra special by Michele and the ladies at Lula Ann bridal!

My recent visit to Lula Ann Bridal was better than I ever could've wished for. As my first time wedding dress shopping, It was such a treat from start to finish. Kez, who looked after my mum and I so well, was a dream- she made us feel so welcome and despite having a busy day and shop to attend to as well, she gave us so much care and attention. She gave such great help and advice, making me feel at ease and helped find such beautiful dresses to try when I didn't really have any idea where to start. I felt I could trust her entirely and appreciated her honesty and advice so much. We loved our time there and hope to be back for further try-ons and shopping!

I was so nervous about my appointment, but Lauren made me feel so comfortable. She went out of her way, helping me find the most perfect dress. The dresses I wanted were like Instagram ones I had seen from the US, and they had near enough the same ones! Lauren was so accommodating and helped me try on dresses twice to make sure I was definitely happy with the one I chose. From enquiring if a dress I liked the look of was stocked in store. To booking a trying on session. The meet and greet by the team. Stepping in and out of each dress. The conversation with Rosie making me feel at ease about being in my smalls in front of a stranger and finally until leaving the store having said yes to my dress.

The first I tried one I on and every member of staff made me feel so welcome and special. Even the jokes about finding coffee shops for after. The team at Lula Ann Bridal have been amazing and I cannot thank them all enough!

Today I visited Lula Ann Bridal with my sister and 6 year old niece on the hunt to find my dream wedding dress. We were greeted by Keri & Lauren, and I was instantly put at ease. I was very apprehensive about this appointment as I am getting married in August and will be 36 weeks pregnant on my wedding day!! Keri instantly reassured me that I will be able to find a dress I love that will arrive and time and alterations can be done that will hug my body and bump seamlessly. Nothing was too much! The shop is everything you imagine with a bridal shop it’s beautiful and simply being there you are excited for your big day. Keri and Lauren ensured we were comfortable and gave us nosecco and Buck’s Fizz and most importantly snacks for my 6 year old niece! Which she loved and kept her quiet! 3 dresses later, Keri found me a dress I had described and I instantly fell in love. Keri supported me throughout the whole process from start to finish and now I am ready and excited to carry on with my final wedding preparations knowing I have them as support for arguably the most important part of the whole day - my dress!!! From start to end just the most lovely bridal experience! The shop is absolutely gorgeous, and as it is just you and your bridal party feels really exclusive. Tina was so welcoming and friendly and really made the whole experience for me. She listened to my likes and dislikes as I tried on different dresses and found me the one! As a first time bride and never even stepped foot in a wedding dress before, I was overwhelmed with how lovely Lula Ann bridal is. After searching long and hard to pick the perfect place to try on my first wedding dress I stumbled upon them and I’ll tell you now if you go here for the first time you’ll not regret it! We visited Lula Ann yesterday Keri was just amazing with us, I had my 4 daughters with me and 2 granddaughters and the experience was just amazing nothing was to much trouble and I said YES to my dress!! I would definitely recommend Lula Ann to anyone the dresses they have are amazing and so are the staff! We was there last year when my daughter found her amazing dress and I got my beautiful mother of the bride dress and again the staff were amazing! I visited Lula Ann last September, my first dress shop, first time trying on dresses, absolutely adamant I wouldn’t find my dress that day… enter Rosie! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish, my mum, sister and I had a wonderful few hours with her! I cannot praise her highly enough! I tried on 7 dresses in total, the very last dress was the dress that Rosie had picked out for me. I’ll be completely honest, I didn’t expect a lot after seeing it on the hanger but when I put it on..! They say you know when you know and Rosie KNEW. It was magical! I bought the dress that day, absolutely thrilled but so shocked I - well, Rosie! - had managed to find my dream dress (without even knowing what that was). I went back in November to collect my dress and try it back on, a little nervous incase I had changed my mind, but as soon as it was on I had that feeling I’d had when I tried it on the first day. Keri looked after us that day and was so welcoming, complimentary and lovely! The shop is gorgeous, there are so many dresses to choose from and honestly it’s a dream, I could’ve spent hours in there! I cannot recommend Lula Ann highly enough to any brides searching for their perfect dress - you won’t be disappointed!

A wonderful experience I'll never forget! -
After finding my dream dress on Lula Ann's Bridal website, I phoned the store asking if it was still available. I spoke to the WONDERFUL Keri who I instantly clicked with. The next day I drove to the store with my sister and Keri had the dress waiting there for me to try as well as a lovely glass of prosecco for us both. After telling Keri I was on a budget she took me and my sister to the sale room where the off the rack dresses were which I loved as I had other potential options I could try. After trying on 3 different dresses I went for the one I saw online. Throughout the whole experience I felt at ease with Keri, making me happy and comfortable.
- There was a few make up stains on my dress and Keri kindly offered to clean it for no extra change which I am so grateful for.
I couldn't thank her enough for giving me an experience I'll never forget. I also had the privilege of also meeting the owner of the store who was also lovely and also got a lovely gift bag which was a lovely addition to my wonderful experience ❤️
